The Therapy

The first part of the therapy itself is perhaps the most important - the taking of a case history and an explanation of what you can expect. By fully understanding your dietary and lifestyle habits, the therapist can adjust the treatment to your own needs as well as suggest possible dietary changes that might be of benefit to you. This part will take approximately 45 minutes.

The colonic hydrotherapy itself will take a further 45 minutes bringing the time for the first session to around 90 minutes - subsequent sessions will be approximately 45 minutes since the case history will already be completed.

The Procedure

You will be asked to remove clothing up to waist level, towels are provided for modesty. You will lie on your left side on the couch while an examination of the anus is carried out prior to the insertion of the speculum into the rectum. The speculum is 1.5" in diameter and has two attached hoses, 1 for clean water in and the other for elimination of waste matter. The water is introduced by gravity feed, not under any pressure. Abdominal massage may be used to stimulate the release of the stored matter.

During the cleanse, good bacteria that our bodies need to function at their best might be introduced as your therapist feels appropriate. Also, stimulating or soothing herbs may be added to the cleanse as required.

The cost of a session is 95€ which includes herbal enemas or implants as required.

3 Day Detox

Total relaxation with our itinerary:
You will arrive on Friday at our home in Busot where you will stay in a double bedroom. During your stay you will receive 2 colonic hydrotherapies with herbal enemas. You will also gain from gentle juice fasting with local fresh produce. On Monday you will depart after your relaxing weekend.

The cost of this 3 day detox is 300€ (£200)

5 Day Detox

Even more relaxation and therapy time:
You will arrive on Monday at our home in Busot where you will stay in a double bedroom. During your stay you will receive 3 colonic hydrotherapies with herbal enemas. and 1 Beauty Treatment or Massage (your choice). You will also gain from gentle juice fasting with local fresh produce. On Friday you will depart after your relaxing week.

The cost of the 5 day detox is 600€ (£400)

Preparation For Detox Plans

It is important to try to prepare your body prior to detoxing, by removing caffeinated drinks, sugars, alcohol and junk foods from your diet for about 2 weeks before the detox plan.

People are sometimes a little apprehensive or nervous at first, but your therapist will soon put your mind at rest and once you have experienced the benefits of Colonic Hydrotherapy you will be glad you made the decision to give it a try.
